good day! i would recommend going into your folder and "unzipping" the folder its all in. not the folder in the folder. you may then have to go into the unzip folder and unzip the folders inside of it.
if it is in the folder and says file extension is too long, move the folder closer to your drive not within other folders or s.

ive designed most of it now, trying to keep it as close to the tumbler as possible on the outside ( note i dont have one to go off of im just using the website photos.) . i just got to add a few small bits then test print.

I purchased the stanley keychain and the top doesn't screw flat onto the cup. There is a space between the cup and the lid.

There is many factors that could affect this for you.
Is the lid getting turned all the way in? It may be tight the first few times depending on your fillament and settings you may scale the lid vertically a tiny bit to help or use a lighter to soften the material or something sharp to shave or sand it a little on the little angle pieces.
Is the bottom outer circle of the lid even and. Smooth?
Most common may be your settings
Then your bridge / overhang setting.
Then layer height.
Thats to name a few.
You may also put the model a tiny bit into the bed on the slicer incase its getting caught on the bottom of the lid locking design.

I printed and it still did the same thing. 🤷♂️ the head printed good, the neck piece printed good, the body not so good. I stopped it because it was so messed up on the first layer. I do use glue on the platform. Hmm
on your slicer when you view the sliced gcode file and go to viewing only the layer #1 does it look like everything is connected to the build plate and not printing in air? when printing your first layer is it normally solid or look like alot of lines? if its not solid like a sheet then your first layer settings need to be calibrated.
you can try printing it on a "raft".
on the gorilla listing i did add photos that show he s in green and also pictures that show bed adhesion helpers called disc's that help hold the item to the bed those are shown in green and i also show a first layer of the gcode with them.

I was using tree s with silent speed. I decided to try regular s and was successful with 4 on the bed at standard speed. Thanks for getting back to me
question, i am printing version 2and at layer 417 of 440 i get spaghetti failure.it doesn't matter if i have 20 on the bed or 2. i was able to get two printed on my second printer by turning off all the fans. Anyone else having this issue ? my printer is the X1C

Are you using correct s, print speed, and bed adhesion? Since you are using bambu printers if that file has a bambu labs file included you should be able to see some of my settings and how i print mine.
I recommend tree s, with 2 top interface layers and a distance of 0.14mm and 6-12 mm brim expansion.
For speed for silk pla i do 60mms for pla i usually am around 300 for out wall. I also recommend adjusting “ layer time” settings for layers to properly cool.
Bed adhesion can be higher bed temps (65-70), using discs or brims, higher brim count for s, proper bed cleaning or even glue on the bed.
I personally use pla on a p1p or a1 mini.
Doing 1 at a time, if on the mini i use brims just incase.
I usually have the fan at 80% or up to help with layer cooling but thats me and each case can change as always with 3d printing one setting does not fit all.

I just bought your print and mine is doing the save thing. I went through an entire big roll of filament. I have 1 decent print but is still very much messed up. I am using creality k1 printer. I'm am very new to this so I have no idea what to do. It's for my son and dad isn't there yet with this thing.
Good day dj, you got the gorilla tag, jj got the tumblers. there is a text file included with the file for some recommended settings. for the gorilla body and head you need to use s i highly recommend tree s. i also recommend orca slicer as a slicer to create your gcodes for your printer especially for painting s on. dont forget to add glue to your bed if you have bed adhesion issues.
i recommend the version 3 gorilla to print out.
every machine and filament are different but heres some settings for normal PLA to increase success if you have issues.
heat and quality
first layer flow rate 1.06, Bed Temp 65c, nozzle 205c, layer height 0.18mm, layer time min 10s, fan speed 80-100%
Strength
walls 3 , top/bottom layer 5, hexagon infil and infill density 12%, turn infill combination "off",
speed
initial layer wall/infill speed 30, outer wall speed 60mms, top surface 40mms ,infill/ solid, 50mms, slow down for overhangs.
s.
Tree , only bed, brim/ initial layer expansion 7mm, top z distance 0.16mm, top/bottom interface layers 2, tree angle 55
on my slicer i also use "discs" to add more bed adhesion to the smaller part areas or sharp corners. i will update the photos and files later today to show s and how my first layer looks in the slicer.

Got it now, had to move the zipped fold in the zipped folder then unzip the folder
I did unzip the files, all I get when trying to open the unzipped files in the slicer (Cura) it will not load, Tring to open it in 3d viewer it will not open I just get a file error

i have ed the files for my self. only problem i had was that the extension name was too long, i have made my file names much shorter. also cults3d puts the files in another Zipped folder so you have to unzip that folder then go in and unzip my folder of my stl files. if it stays files extension name is too long for you then unzip the files Directly in s folder OR closer to the local storage (C:) or other storage devices you use. to reduce the file extension name.
You can try ing them again or doing what my previous message says.
can you send me this file. The will not open I have tried multiple programs and get an error message that the file will not open.
Good day! You have to unzip the files first to use them. The files are in a compressed zipped folder and will have to be uncompressed (unzipped) first to use them.

just purchased the Stanley tumbler key chain have you printed this file and noticed the lid will not lock in as well as the slip hole for the straw being slightly too tight?

I have printed these, make sure you are printing the correct lid per tumbler version.
Every filament and machine has different tolerances as well example silk pla may shrink more than normal pla.
I always recommend having a lighter for 3d printing if a hole is or something is a little tight you can use the lighter to heat it up a little bit and try it again.
If its to tight to work at all you can scale down or up in size preferably in the x and y axis.
Its designed with tight tolerances for the lid stays on without feeling loose as well as due to it being plastic it grinds and sands against it self making it looser over time. For the removable straw its tight for the same reasons and for it to stay and not just fall down,
The straw can be easily scaled down to your liking.
