There should be two sets of files - one for single and one for dual. If you got the single K3 max the first two files are for the single. The dual is indicated as dual. Each model has the files for the other (single and dual). Let me know if you have any questions. Thank you

Thank you for the and happy you love the design. I have kept mine at factory length as I need to test for various design permutations. I am working on a Bowden tube routing model which I am hoping to have finished in the next few weeks. I would hold back on shortening the tubes for now.

Hello. Yes I do. Actually there are 2 models, a single and a double. Both models have the files for the other as I suspect many will start with the single and migrate to the dual. The difference is only in the top cabinet. The reason I have two models is the add-ons and instructions are different (instruction files for both versions are also included with each model). For your Tenoning Jig, coping sled and drill press fence, what infill percentage would you use? the standard 15%? I print everything in PLA for context.

Hello and thank you for the . Yes I use the basic setting 15% infill and default wall settings. PLA is more than fine. For the drill press stand, the stopper lever mechanism may need some tolerance adjustment based on your printer or filament. Also would love some on the models.

H Darren, I purchased your Kobra S1 Riser Lite files and it is a great addition to the S1. I also ed the Tool rack to install on the L/H side of the riser but found the rack s as ed are for the r/h side after I printed the whole plate. So had to print those two again after mirroring them. No problems after that. On a positive note the models printed perfectly on the S1, very professional looking so thanks for the great design.

Yes you are :) Both models include files for the dual and the single. Look at the files you will see some have single and some have double. If you build the single just look at the single model for links for add-ons etc. Thank you for the and let me know if you have any questions.

I would print all the parts in PLA as its more rigid. PETG is not really necessary and it may be softer and lead to sagging in the middle.

This is the 1st I hear of this and all my models for the S1 use this. Have you used my print profiles and in what position are you placing the build plate? I suspect it is filament or printer related. If you want you can reach out to me on Facebook with some pictures so I can see the issue.

Hi Darren. I ed the ace topmount ultimate for my kobra 3 and am having some issues with it. There is an issue with the middle post. The slot that the 45 degree slides into is in the incorrect direction. It causes the 45 degree to slant downward instead of up towards the top. Hi Jim. The model is correct. The 45 degree goes on the other side of the post not like you assembled it. Please have a look at the pictures and assembly. Let me know if you have any other questions.

If it helps you with assembly, the cable clips (3 holes) are on the outside of each post and the 2 holes for the optional screws go on the inside.

Two issues with the Dual Ace Pro Riser for Kobra S1:
1) The drawers don't slide in past the junction of the middle and rear parts. I had to shave down the sides and rear of the shelf to get them to work.
2) The Build Plate holder is too narrow by 0.75 Inches.

Thank you for the . Re-check your assembly as all the parts fit. The modeling of the main components is the same as the single. You may need to clean some of the to correctly align the parts. This will resolve your issue with the drawers. For the buildplates - you inserted them in reverse. Pull them out and turn them around. The part that is causing you issue is actually the rear stopper. Let me know if you have other questions.

Hello. I notice that you have bought both models. I thank you for the . The Hygrometer and desiccant holders are with the Hygrometer file. For the Snap lock filament guides you will need to use the long and short mounting clips which are with the Snap-lock filament guide files. These work with the hygrometer and desiccant holders in the file you purchased. Do not use the mounting clips with the Hygrometer model as they only work with V1 filament guides. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Hello again. Yes it is possible to install the hygrometer and the drying tray in the 2025 model. The 2025 model uses the snap-lock filament guides so it requires different mounting clips which are included with the snap lock guides file and model. There are two kinds of clips - long and short. Are you using the right size clip? These work with the hygrometer and desiccant holder and lid found in the Desiccant and hygrometer file. If you still have problems it might be easier to chat on Facebook- "Darren 3d print" and I can see a picture of what you are having problems with. If needed we can also use Google translate.

Thank your for the . The parts have close tolerances but its the 1st time I hear about drawers not closing and there have been numerous builds. I suspect there may be an alignment issue with the rear and middle parts creating a lip and this is what causes issues with the drawers. Please validate and let me know. Also did you use my print profile and what filament and print settings did you use? The model is meant to be printed on the S1. You can assemble them in the slicer if you wish but it would require a considerable effort to combine all parts and its the 1st time I get this request.
