Hi I've been trying to make the tealight holder but the base doesn't seem to be printing properly. I have tried 3 times and each time it is uneven and a complete mess. I've tried doing it slower and at the highest quality but it still hasn't made a difference. Do you have any advice because I don't want to keep wasting my filament. Thanks

That kinda depends. 😅
What's the exact defect? Do you have pictures? What kind of printer are you using? Which settings did you already try?
I had a good print with 35% infill, 3 walls and 4 or 5 top layers in 0.2mm layer hight, I think.
If the top surface is bad, try more infill or more top layers.
If it's the rounded edge, you can try increasing the outside walls.
Much cooling for the undersides of the candle holders.
For the base you can go pretty high with your infill%, makes a more stable stand.
I do get significantly better results with both my Prusa and my Bambu (0.4mm nozzles) on big top surfaces in almost every model by increasing the extrusion width to around 0.6 to 0.65mm.
