The crystal Dragon file you sold me is not a dragon at all, please send the correct stl or give me a refund.

I just bought your Commercial Lifetime License, Wizards Tower Display, design number 2225113. Ad says it includes the Commercial License to sell physical prints of the file, photo shows COMMERCIAL LICENSE. But the Listing says the License is CULTS PU. Can you please clarify if I actually have the Commercial License, and if so provide any documentation, branding, etc. I will need to legally sell these. If the Commercial License is not included, please let me know if and how I can get it from you. Love the design. Look forward to doing more business with you. Keep up the good design work.

Yes, you are allowed to sell the prints from this file. I guess I copied it over from another listing and did not notice it. I will get in there and get it fixed asap. Thanks for letting me know.
Excellent. Thanks for the prompt response. Also, if you would, please double check the file. When I try and open the stl file in my slicer, it says that the file is empty. I'll re tomorrow night, and retry. Thanks again. g
I sold a few with no issues so i think the file is ok. Its a zip file so sometimes you have to wait a while for both parts to and merge. I have that issue with zip files all the time. Let me know if you are not able to get it ed.
I've tried multiple times, still can't open either file. I use Cura for my slicer, latest version. Neither file opens. Both are 3MF files, there's no STL.
Can you give me your email address. I can change them to an STL file and send it.
