I've just purchased your "Crusaders of the Cross Transport Doors" and loaded the files into lychee and the files are totally messed up. massive chunks of the models are missing. Can you please rectify this?
It is a known issue for us, if you are using Lychee Slicer. In version 5 they messed up obj import somehow. Since it seems they won't solve it in the close future, we've started to update our designs with STL's, but it is a slow process.Until they solve it, or we update the design here are some workaround:
1, try to use older versions (version 4 works perfectly for us)
2, use chitubox, there is no error in it
3, open it in an editor software (meshmixer, 3d builder, etc) and save an stl

Crusaders of the Cross Walking Dead Armor so do these parts fit over the original models? and im confused about the file names for each part

These parts are designed to fit on the original plastic kit. These are replacements for the armor plates you can see on the previews.
Loading the parts into chitubox seems that almost every part has voids in it. Is this intentional? Ive bough 2 different kits so far but i cant really print them as it stand currently.

Just checked it in the latest chitubox. Since they added Cavity Detection it give you mesh errors. but there are not any holes on the model. These are overlapping faces, and will not cause any problem.

Hello, I just bought the Back wing for old angels of hell (ravenwing tail fin) but when I it I have nothing to open.

What do you mean nothing to open?
It contains one file, wing_back_old_design.obj
You can open it with any slicer (I highly recommend Chitubox, since lychee make errors sometimes).
When I it I have a zip file, when I double click I got a normal file name sadypisten, then black wing for old angel of hell then I have a white file name wing-back-old-design which I cannot open with Chitubox or others.
When I DL the ravenwing icon symbol I have a chitubox file that I can open immediatly but not the back wing, its a white file and windows say "file not found"
Can you try to it again? It may help, I'll able to check it later.
Also, can you try to drag and drop the file into your chitubox? Maybe obj is not added to chitubox as preferred app.
I tried to DL it multiple times, didn't change a thing.
Drag and drop is working I think, but I can't open the file with chitubox. I will try to print it this week, thank you :)

Hey! I saw your "10x Mongolian : Bare Marine Heads - Set 1" and I wonder about scaling. I want to use them for MESBG tabletop miniatures, and I wonder, if they are to big for normal man-sized models.
Because they look like they'd fit warhammer minis, which are usually bigger than the ones for middle earth. Lookin amazing though!
Hey, sorry for late response. Yes, these are made for Warhammer Space Marines. It is possible to scale them down with any slicer, but infortunately I do not know the exact proportion.
