Shame, I purchased and ed the DC9 model. I am a very experienced 3D printer, but the STL files are tiny and when I scaled up X 600%, the print is rubbish. The shame is that all of the models look very nice, but I will not purchase any more as a result of this problem. Maybe a refund or a fix that works? I can see I am not the only person who has had this type of issue. Thanks. (Back to AirCad I guess? - those prints are superb).

Simply asserting that the ‘file is perfect for 3D printing’ does NOT make it so. The file is corrupt, I get a ‘non manifold edge’ error message in my slicer and attempts to repair actually crash the slicer programme (Orca). Secondly, if you were to sell me a car and it wouldn’t start and I asked for a refund, would you simply respond and say ‘Sorry, the car is perfect for driving’? Thirdly, when you put something up for sale you are bound by the trade’s description act (1968) and this ensures businesses and salespeople are honest about what they are selling – to do otherwise is an offence. Finally, I note from other customer’s comments that you expect the consumer to repair/fix, alter or update your product before use. That is NOT what we are paying for. I expect a refund without further discussion.

compare with the plane's actual scale, if the file is 1/64th, simply multiply each dimension by 64/87 to achieve the exact 1/87th scale.
How do I get a refund? The A380 is a non manifold STL, unprintable on my Prusa FDM (scaling it down enough turns it into a shell with about 0 thickness), and also unprintable on a resin printer I have access to with errors in the slicer.

also there is enough thickness to the file ,to make it 3d printable smaller scales till 1/87th of the original

We don't offer a specific scale because our customers have varying preferences, such as 1/24th, 1/87th, 1/64th, or 1/14th.
so, each STL file is provided in the same scale, with separate components as well as combined files.
All of our files are rescalable.
To compare with the plane's actual scale, if the file is 1/64th, simply multiply each dimension by 64/50 to achieve the exact 1/50th scale.
Ok, you didn't answered to me-what is the original scale of the linked alpha jet model I couldn't understand? I know how to rescale, I want to buy this alpha jet model if you tell me in which scale are the original .stl-files ?

I have purchased the Fokker D21 but the model has many errors in it. My slicer cannot repair the STL and online repair does not work either.
For instance the wheel spads have holes in the back of them which are non repairable. In total over 6000 faults in the model. Since i payed for it and wanted to 3d print it i am not happy with the purchase. Looking forward to your solution for this problem.

I have purchased the a300-600. However, the mesh is rough and badly made. For the gear doors, they are inconsistent with the other parts of the plane. It cannot be 3D printed.

The model SAAB J39 JAS39 fighter aircraft doesn't come in separate parts, there are mesh problems and the object is hollow, i needed it solid.

To be more specific; the trailing edge of the wing is straight on the real plane. It is one straight line from fuselage to wingtip (with ailerons of course). On your model there is a curve and the aileron sticks out. This can be seen on the pictures you posted but is very obvious when you look at the model in a slicer.

The entire model is completely inaccurate. Looks like a Gripen C with the E model wingtip EW pods/missile rails.
