Hi there! I just ed your TopKick file and was wondering if you have the cab and bed broken into pieces? The file is to large for my printer and before I go crazy trying to cut it apart in another program I thought I would reach out to you and see if you have it in parts instead of whole. Thanks!!!

I have an issue with your top kick file. I broke the design into parts to print. But the walls are printing paper thin. Are you able to address this? This file is pretty much unusable. Bed walls snapped touching it.
Hello, sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately I am not able to modify the walls, but I have printed the file at normal size (which is what’s recommended) and at smaller scales, so I believe this might be a problem with your printer settings.
I'm going to have to request a refund. I print model cars all day long and never have any issues. Scaling a 110 down to 124, so I don't know how you claim to have printed it at a smaller scale, but if I do the file is paper thin... Thanks in advance

It printed fine. Even with bad quality. As stated in the description.
That print that you showed is far from a $25 Canadian file man... Probably why you didn't share it in the ad
Since you're unwilling to work with me or other people asking you to do simple things like cut up the file, I'm clearly going to have to escalate this to Etsy as their website tells me to do if the seller is on cooperative.
That print came from the exact files shared. So I don’t know what your problem is as far as walls being to thin when I just proved to you they print just fine. You can go ahead and escalate to Etsy you paid for the file not my time. Thanks have a good day.
