Will this work for the ender 5 plus with a bl touch

Hey, Not sure if anyone has asked before. I have a Volcano Style hot end. This make it so the ducts don't align with the nozzle. I'm using the Duel 5015x20 mount. I don't quite like anyone else's design for the Volcano hot ends. Nor can i find a setup that aligns with me using the duel 5015x20 fans. I was wondering if you could make a duel 5015 duct for volcano hot ends. I'm happy to pay for this specific request.

Hey will this work for my regular Ender 3? I have the CR Spider 3.0 and BL touch ready to install as well, would they both be compatible for a all-in-one pimp up?

Hey, I just tried an install (dual 5015) on my E3v2 and the ducts are way too high. I'm not sure if it's not seated correctly or what. Are you available to troubleshoot?

Is there any plan to add for lineal rails? I upgraded and is kind of hard to adapt... would be nice to have a base plate that allow this..

Does it need anny more fans? i have a spare 5015 and 4040 fan that are 24v ... or do it use the stock Ender 3 v2 stuff? :)

Hello, I successfully got it mounted on an Ender 3v2 with BLTouch.

It seems some of the changes I did to my printer made it err a bit on dimensions, I spent a lot of time filing down plastic to make the sliding fit. In which dimension is it supposed to apply pressure to fit well? I had to file on all dimensions and the best to file was the rail, as they were parallel, I could do it on sandpaper. For finetuning a pressure fit, this would have been ideal. But yeah, I must check my dimensional accuracy again.

One thing that did not work for me but for surprisingly many others was the BLTouch mount. There is a set screw between the two mounting screws, for fine tuning the position of an internal magnet. I had to use this because my BLTouch sometimes did not deploy the probe. The screw is protuding a tiny bit from the top, so it does not sit flush on your mounting. It should have a hole there. However, I fear this would reduce stability a bit much. Maybe make it anyhow and ensure that the stability comes from the lock nut, which would then require two designs, one for BLTouch that keeps the screw reachable, the other for CRTouch that must ensure that the cable gets out cleanly.
Since I see other people in the comments being happy with the BLTouch, I guess I am unlucky on tolerances and others have the screw flush with the housing.
I got it working by removing the mount altogether and reusing the original metal bracket.

hey, call me an idiot, but I have an ender 3 pro with Cr touch and stock fans. i dont want to wire any new fans in, which files out of this bunch do i need to print? The ree is confusing af with no file paths mentioned and the naming scheme is gibberish to me with all the acronyms. im fairly new to 3d printing so no hate, im sure this is very well detailed to the trained eye.

Does it work on Ender 3 v3 SE?

Definitely do not recommend this.
Ran it for a month and im not happy
Flow is terrible. I've had to more than double my fan speeds to get the same results as my trusty Satsana. Ducts need fixing as the downward angle isn't steep enough. I suspect turbulence is killing the flow on these. Could be caused by the very narrow ducts, I'm not sure. As there are plenty free ducts that flow properly I can't recommend any waste time and filament on this .
The only thing it has going for it is the weight which is really awesome and not needing hardware.

Will this work with the Creality Direct Drive Kit? In this system, when looking at the front of the machine you are looking at the rear of the stepper motor..

I just printed this out for an Ender 3. The holes in the backplate are larger than the hot end stand-offs on the gantry so the back plate moves around. Did I print the wrong backplate? The holes in the backplate measure 5.2mm and the stand-offs measure 4.1mm. I love the design I hope it will work.

Hello. Having a small issue.
I print the backplate with ABL mount. Everything prints great but when assembled, my bltouch sits just a bit too low.

It still works but clearance is so tight that I find my probe tip is getting bent when printing large things by scraping the top of a print.

Any advice?

amazing model, i work great with the last spider hotend. exept that i feel like the ducts are a little to high. could you make some 6 or 7 mm versions ?
