DustLovers v2.0.0 - Adaptateurs magnétiques universels pour aspirateurs

DustLovers were designed to solve dust management issues in the workshop. With tools from different brands having different vacuum adapters, switching from one tool to another is a real headache... After hours of design and dozens of prototypes the result is there: a simple system, universal, modular and ultra-fast to connect your vacuum cleaner to all your tools.

DustLovers makes the vacuum connection:
- Solid, with its 20mm magnets compatibility,
- Fast, a fraction of a second is enough to connect/disconnect a tool,
- Easy, one hand is enough to connect/disconnect a tool.

DustLovers Connect

At the heart of the attachment system: the magnetic male/female combo plates. Simply follow the assembly instructions to fit them with the recommended magnets, and you'll be able to connect/disconnect the vacuum system to the tool with just one hand.

The DustLovers pack comes in multiple plates, depending on the size of the tools you use:

Connect1-S: single-magnet solution for small, lightweight devices
Connect2-S: two magnets to securely attach the vacuum to power tools
Connect2-L: two magnets, for stationary and professional tools
Connect2-L-Surface: two magnets, female only, with a special design for surface mounting

DustLovers Adapters

There are as many standards as there are tool brands, which makes switching from one tool to another particularly tedious under normal circumstances.

DustLovers comes with a lot of adapters of different sizes, compatible with major tool brands such as Festool, Mirka, Bosch, AEG, Dewalt and Makita. Standard F/M adapters, from 22-42 to 28-48mm, are also included. So you can adapt to different tool size variations.

After dozens of prototypes and countless hours of fine-tuning, we came up with the best volume/robustness ratio, limiting the amount of filament needed while ensuring perfect grip.

The compact design of DustLovers allows the use of portable power machines without being constrained by the coupling system.

Full assembly :

What you need:
- Magnets 20*7mm (20*7mm MagnetPro Amazon)
- 20mm washers (supplied with magnets)
- M3*12 countersunk screws
- M3 nuts

Steps :
- Print parts you need (male, female, compatible adapters)
- Place washer on female + M3*12 screw and M3 nut
- Place magnet on male + M3*12 screw and M3 nut

Couple of tips

For the use of the single magnet model on power tools, we highly recommend purchasing a small, very flexible hose (special for power machines from Karcher 2.863-112.0 - Flexible hose), this makes using the machines much more pleasant, while avoiding untimely disconnections thanks to the great flexibility. This hose will also acts as a Connect1-S <> Connect2-S adapter to switch from power-portable machines to semi-stationary machines.

The male/female adapters are respectively smaller/larger than the nominal dimension announced, they are also slightly conical to allow a perfect adaptation despite the differences in shapes and diameters observed between the different brands of tools.

If the fit is too loose, add one or more turns of masking or electrical tape to the male part of the assembly (tool side or DustLovers side). This makes the connection perfectly sealed and allows the adapter to be held in place better on the tool.

For large models, we only provide male adapters and you will have to add a small piece of hose between the machine output and the adapter. It will offer better flexibility.

Nozzle diameter: 0.4mm
Layer height: 0.16mm
Walls: 4
Infill/wall overlap: 25 %
Brim: 5mm outer & inner (only for Adapters, especially small diameters)
