Description du modèle 3D

Je lance une nouvelle version du Monster Trommel avec des améliorations sur les tambours et une nouvelle conception du convoyeur.

La version précédente reste disponible et il n'est pas nécessaire de tout réimprimer lors du age à la nouvelle version.

Le trommel est facile à construire avec des sections. Si le trommel est trop long, vous pouvez choisir de construire deux sections ou une seule. Vous avez le choix des trous de tamisage du tambour en mm, 4-8-10, 6-8-12, 6-8-15. Le convoyeur est alimenté en interne par un convoyeur de réception. Le concept est d'alimenter uniformément le convoyeur du trommel à partir d'un autre convoyeur. Voir mon kit de convoyeurs. Documentation facile à suivre.

NOTE : Ajout d'un fichier étape pour le projet afin que vous puissiez améliorer le système avec votre système de CAO préféré.

En option, vous pouvez installer un convoyeur secondaire dans chaque section et ajuster les angles d'élévation et de direction. Construisez vos convoyeurs avec la longueur de barres que vous souhaitez.

Il est livré avec deux tailles de boîtes de générateur, qui peuvent être alimentées soit par une batterie, soit par une alimentation électrique.

Les estimations de filament pour le convoyeur et le trommel sont de 10 kg. Avec trois convoyeurs secondaires, environ 15kg.

Paramètres d’impression 3D

4 murs, 15% de gyroïde infiltré, là où c'est nécessaire et bord. J'utilise Bambu Lab PLA Basic et l'imprimante Bambu Lab X1C. La taille du lit est de 250mm x 250mm x 250mm, rien de moins n'est é.
