Very good file. It's my second one from FULV. I'm printing it right now. Everything fits perfectly. I just changed the conveyor belt.. I changed the gears to 6701ZZ 12x18x4mm ball bearings. This means that the rollers run evenly. The lighting is implemented with WLed and ESP32.

Mostly finished my print, things are looking good, actually it looks amazing, such a great job by you! But i decided to reverse the direction of the motor by unsoldering the terminals and switching them around. It looks to me as if the design of the belt system should be for the toys to move left to right, otherwise the belt is being pushed not pulled and it doesn't work as smoothly. Also, it seems like the toys would move to the right to the delivery shoot and van? Anyways, i reversed the polarity of the motor, and the whole system does seem much smoother than it was before. A little mineral oil on the bearings helps too. Was it originally designed to move left to right?
Hi, thank you for your message, I am glad you like my model of THE TOY FACTORY.
Yes the original design intent was for the belt to move from left to right but unfortunately accommodating the motor inside the model was difficult and i wanted to use a type of motor that did not require any tempering or soldering. A simple plug and play USB motor.
I have recently update the files to increase the tolerances. Have you received the email from Cults3d informing you of that?
The new files should work better and hopefully get rif of the friction problems.
