I printed the body with and without s twice and the bottom of the ears failed and fell off both time. Do you have any tips or tricks for them to print without failing?
With many, many prints of him there have been just a few people with your issue. Not knowing your printer type or slicer settings. The only quick suggestion I can give is to use slicer s but change the horizontal offset of the s, and/or force the s to go higher. Other tricks are to slow down the print and/or lower the print temp.
If you want me to look closer at your issue, email me at [email protected] with pictures of the fail, printer type, slicer used and slicing parameters (sometimes you can simply output the 3mf project file from your slicer).

Hey! I figure it out. This is such a delicate print in spite of the size to include the ears. I had to enforce the for the first 36 layers which covered the tip of the sea all the way up to the spot where they failed, had to up the over hang threshold to 80, 1MM layer of raft, 12 MM of inner and outer brim, snug style s with .40 brush size, 80 highlight overhang by angle, 0.00 clipping of view. Everything came out perfect. Piece parts were print as normal. ELEGOO PLA + photo to come once it’s all together. THANKS. If you didn’t know I also printed your Winnie the Pooh and that came out perfect first time around at 125%.
Thank you for the update. I've found that as printers get better and parts cool faster, s no longer stick to parts as much as they used to and need more to reinforce an object.
