Hi! I am so egg-cited for our free pack of the month: FREE-ster Eggs! I've mentioned before but I really enjoy free release days and this is one I've had planned for most of the month! I know I am usually the WORST at doing holiday releases with any amount of time to print (I may still struggle with it at times, but do have goals of improving) so wanted to start on Easter themed clickers to get ahead a bit! This pack is just a simple Easter egg with a couple fun designs, some simpler, some more detailed! I particularly like the little egg chick! Hope you enjoy our monthly FREEBIE! 🥚🐣

WHAT'S IN THE ?

This pack contains 1 unique bases and 11 caps! The caps are available in both a flat and raised option! Each base comes in the standard 7mm, 3.5mm diameter and blank keychain configuration.

CLICKER SELECTION

Like most of my designs, this is a clicky design that requires a mechanical keyboard switch to make the clicky part. These models feature a universal base design which has been tested with many keyboard switches and 99% of them work! I have an up to date list of verified clickers with links you can find HERE. This design should be compatible with most MX style keyboard switches, however, the two metal s on the bottom of the switch must be clipped off flush (or folded over) to ensure the switch seats properly in the base (this is a destructive process).

Layer Height: 0.2mm (recommended)
External Perimeter: 0.33mm (recommended)
Scale: 100% (Everything is modeled with tight tolerances and should not need to be resized)
Orientation: Print the caps face down so you have a smooth surface for clicking! (recommended)

Note: I've found the best way to get the most crisp details on these clickers is to start with the smallest details first and work up from there. Here is the order I recommend after LOTS of trial and error:

-Small Details (Dots, Lines, Eyes)
-Medium Details (Shells)
-Everything Else (Base Colors)

I've also found hitting the print with a heat gun right before the main body color starts printing will eliminate any little strings that can cause blemishes on the final design.

⚠️WARNING⚠️ - This pack requires very good bed adhesion to ensure the best possible results for your finished clicker. It is recommended to clean your bed with soap and water before printing or whatever your specific printer manufacturer recommends for a deep bed clean!
