Description du modèle 3D
Hi Everyone! Huge Venture Bros fan here. I have designed and created basic instructions for how to create your very own talking H.E.L.P.E.R robot piggie bank.
If you enjoy the design please leave a like! I’d love to see those makes too if you end up printing it.
The print is 8 total parts and they are numbered. I also have a word document a snipped and added to the photos that provides additional information on assembly.
I personally added about 15 different sound bites from the show to my version. I love it!
This is designed to simply fit together without the need to permanently adhere parts but you can if you want to. You will need 2mm x 6mm magnets for the removable hatch on the back of his head though.

H.E.L.P.E.R Talking Coin Bank
Print all parts.
I used the following basic settings, everything is designed to print free!
-.2 layer height
-No s on anything... except the head, I used s for the head to ensure the slots for the coin drop cap would fit well. I blocked everything else.
-15% infill
-No Adhesion
-2 walls min
You will need 2mm x 6mm magnets for the rear removable hatch on the back of his head, just super glue them in place.
Here is a quick list of the products I used to set up H.E.L.P.E.R…
First, I used this coin drop switch from www.TalkingProducts.com, you don’t need the housing though. I custom designed a 3D printed mount for the chip that slides into and out of the light/lid. Simply open the side and slide out the chip and metal lever from the original product and follow these steps.
1. Print the chip housing.
2. Insert the metal lever into the same spot on the 3D printed version.
3. Slide the chip into the housing, ensuring the locking tabs catch the chip and hold it in place.
4. Slide the chip housing into the lid so that the level/tongue activator is present in the coin drop.
5. You may need to manually adjust the lever to ensure that it is not making full with the chip and that enough of the tongue of the lever is sitting in the coin slot that the coins will push the lever and force it to make activating the chip.
6. You can either remove the 2-pin connector and wire it directly to the sound board or do what I did and install a new 2-pin connector paired with a similar sized 2-pin receiver.

Now for the sound board, I used the one below from Amazon. www.talkingproducts.com has one as well but I like how simple the one below (SEE PHOTOS) was and that it had a much… MUCH smaller battery. This assembly will get adhered to the removable magnetic hatch.
Go to www.101soundboards.com and search “Venture Bros” to pick and your sounds for free! There’s a bunch. When you get the sound board simply add your files and this is IMPORTANT, then delete their files. There’s a weird issue if you do it the other way around.

- Pre-load the EZSound with your files.
- Cut out the battery, speaker, and board from the adhesive backing with scissors and array them on the removable magnetic hatch.
- Remove the button and install the receiver end of the 2-pin connector or again just tie them together and electrical tape it or hot glue it. Your call.
