Andor ISB Interrogation Cameras Prop STL

Dimensions (see pics):
Fully assembled - approx. 195mm tall x 366.40mm Wide x 264mm deep
Casing and BlackInner Piece can be printed as one piece on larger printers.
Small sliced files also prepared for Smaller printers.

Items Needed (some are links):

QTY 1 - Bob Smith Superglue or equivalent: https://amzn.to/49vsGru

Assembly:
- Print out all parts.
- Do a Dry Run / Test Fit before doing anything.

• Lens (x6):
• Lens Holder Glued to the front of the InnerLensSleeve.
• InnerLensSleeve Glue to the Front1 Piece. Square piece should be on the top of both pieces.

• Lens pushed in from the back and then fastened using the Lensclip pieces.

• BlackInnerpiece:

• Use the BlackInnerPins (3) to Hold the Left and right pieces together.

• Glue when Ready

• Lens to BlackInner Piece:

• Push the Assembled Lenses (6) into the BlackInner Piece. Push in far enough to be able to glue around the lens to fasten in place.

• Glue when ready.

• Build the Case:
  Build the pieces front to back first.

• Use the 5x20 pins to pin the following pieces together

• Add the Casing-Left-Back-Corner to Casing-LeftHand (2 pins)

• Add the Casing-Right-Back-Corner to Casing-RightHand (2 pins)

• Add the Casing-Top-Left-Back to Casing-Top-Left (2 pins)

• Add the Casing-Top-Right-Back to Casing-Top-Right (2 pins)
  Then pic left side and move/work to the right.

• Add the Left to the Top and bottom pieces (5 Pins)

• Add the Top and Bottom (Rightside) pieces (5 Pins)

• Add the Right (5 Pins)

• Adding the Black Inner piece to the Casing

• Push the Black Inner Piece into the front of the Casing.

• (optional) Black Inner Stop pieces can be added to interior of casing for extra inner .

• Glue when Ready.

• Add the Mount
  10mm x 90mm nut and bolt

• You will need some hardware to put this together.

• Add the MountBlockLRG to the top of the Casing

• Add the MountBlockSmall to the interior of the Casing

• Add the Mountplate over top of MountblockLRG

• Add the MountTop over top of the plate.

• Add the SpinMount over top of MountTop

• Add the SwivelMount overtop

• Use a long bolt and nut all of that together, this should fasten everything together.

• Glue a small bolt into the SpinMountLong

• Mount to the wall using 4mm bolts or screws.

• Use two small bolts and nuts to hold the Swivelmounts together

• You can move the hardware around to get the desired position of the Cameras!

• Backplate

• Slide the Backplate left and right into the bottom slot

• Use a small 4mm screw or bolt to hold in place.

PROTIP's:
1. Paint and let dry before handling.
2. Do a Dry Run / Test Fit before doing anything.
3. Do not over tighten the screws
