my head:
570 mm circumference
150 mm wide
195 mm long
scaled everything to 95%
had to split helldivers b-01 helmet shell.stl into 2 parts, so it fits on my print bed (see picture)
took the straps from a 3M safety helmet and glued them in
1mm clear PETG for vacuforming the visor
