I printed the riser in ABS using the specified settings from the 3MF file and was pleasantly surprised by the result. The printing process was overall problem-free – the model was easy to print and adhered precisely to the specified parameters.

The surface and details are cleanly crafted, demonstrating that the selected settings were well-adjusted. The stability and precision fit of the component are particularly pleasing. It offers solid construction and reliably fulfills its function.

A modification was made to the front s to enable printing with the carbon-optic plate.

I also optimized the four large brackets to achieve greater stability.

Overall, the component is a successful 3D printing project with impressive quality and ease of use. With a few minor modifications, it could be further perfected.

Ich habe den Riser mit den vorgegebenen Einstellungen aus der 3MF-Datei in ABS gedruckt und bin positiv überrascht vom Ergebnis. Der Druckprozess verlief insgesamt problemlos – das Modell ließ sich einfach drucken und hielt sich genau an die vorgegebenen Parameter.

Die Oberfläche und Details sind sauber herausgearbeitet, was zeigt, dass die gewählten Einstellungen gut abgestimmt sind. Besonders erfreulich ist die Stabilität und genauigkeit des Bauteils. Es bietet eine solide Verarbeitung und erfüllt seine Funktion zuverlässig.

Eine Änderung wurde an den Frontblenden vorgenommen, um das Drucken mit der Carbonoptik-Platte zu ermöglichen.
Zudem habe ich Optimierungen bei den vier großen Haltern vorgenommen, um hier mehr stabilität zu bekommen.

Insgesamt ist das Bauteil ein gelungenes 3D-Druckprojekt mit beeindruckender Qualität und einfacher Handhabung. Mit ein paar kleinen Modifikationen könnte es nochmals perfektioniert werden.
