Flork

Keychains of 11 models of "FLORK" stickers.

The outline protrudes from the figure. You can print it in two colors by pausing your print and changing the filament.

Each "flork" is a different STL.

Modifications: Updated 1 flork ("timido 1") that had different heights than the others.

Compared to other models on the web, these designs are ready to be printed without problems since they were tested so that there are no fragile areas:
*The size of the eyes has been increased so that they are not tiny and come off when they rub against another object.
*The thickness of the arms and contours have been checked so that they are not too thin.
*A base height of 1.5mm (white part) and a contour height (black part) of 1.5mm were placed, obtaining a total height of 3mm, which makes a resistant piece and allows a correct change of color during the Print.
*The height of 3mm allows the resistance of fine contours.
*The 3mm height of the key chain holder allows for strength and durability for the .

Update: In case anyone wants to print bigger eyes, a standard sized eye has been added.

Recommendation:

1) To make the color change we recommend first printing one or two layers of the outline in white, and then switching to black.

2) Printing in 2.0 quality is sufficient so that there are no errors in critical areas (eyes, eyebrows, etc). The speed will depend on the accuracy of your printer, in our tests we used a speed of 50.

El contorno sobresale de la figura, por lo que podrá imprimirlo en dos colores realizando un cambio de filamento.

Cada "flork" se encuentra en un STL diferente.

Modificaciones: Se actualizó 1 flork ("timido 1") que poseía alturas diferentes a los demás.

A comparación de otros modelos en la web, estos diseños están listos para ser impresos sin problemas ya que fueron testeados para que no existan zonas frágiles:
*Se aumentó el tamaño de los ojos para que no sean diminutos y se despeguen al rozar con algún otro objeto.
*Se comprobó el grosor de los brazos y contornos para que no sean demasiado finos.
*Se colocó una altura de base de 1.5mm (parte blanca) y una altura de contorno (parte negra) de 1.5mm obteniendo un total de 3mm de altura, lo que hace a una pieza resistente y permite un correcto cambio de color durante la impresión.
*La altura de 3mm permite la resistencia de contornos finos.
*La altura de 3mm del sujetador para llavero permite una resistencia y durabilidad para el .

Actualización: Por si alguien desea imprimir ojos más grandes, se añadió un ojo de tamaño estándar.

Recomendación:

1) Para realizar el cambio de color recomendamos imprimir primero una o dos capas del contorno en blanco, y luego pasar al color negro.

2) Imprimir en calidad 2.0 es suficiente para que no existan errores en zonas críticas (ojos, cejas, etc). La velocidad dependerá de la precisión de su impresora, en nuestras pruebas utilizamos una velocidad de 50.
