The interstellar space force army of star soldiers is definitely the most popular faction for those in need of collecting regular humans. This includes regiments drawn from many diverse worlds from all corners of human space each with their own unique cultures, tactics, uniforms, and histories. So do be a right proper gamer and put aside your droll power armored transhuman super mutants, filthy conniving xenos, and slavish servants of the Dark Gods, so that you may collect at least a small contingent of humans. This setting and these games are about telling stories on a human scale set in a pitiless deadly galaxy in which they must survive, and perhaps thrive.
