TIFA LOCKHART COSPLAY ACCESSORY HAND KNUCKLE FOR PRINTING 3D MODEL

Bracer was a great help for a cosplay we wanted to finish within a month in order to wear it at Fan Expo Canada 2024 in Toronto.

To fit the correct size, we had to scale everything 140%.

Our Anycubic Photon M3 resin printer's plate was just the right size and height to print everything without having to cut the objects more. We used s and rafts, auto-generated by Chitubox. Tip: Make sure you use the "repair" function in Chitubox for each file, otherwise auto-s won't work.

We primed and airbrushed the pieces separately before assembling them, in order to have the best looks. The details came out amazing.

We wanted to make sure the raised bracer portion held by the legs was to hold a bit better, to we added glued layers of craft foam in between the spaces to enlarge the surface.

We finally added screws for an ever better look, and sealed everything with 3-4 layers of top coat.
