Makeโs description
Tried a shot at making the mask. Three suggestions.
1. The two poles next to the bottom fangs are too thin. Their weak point is on the layer line so they easily snap off. I would suggest having a thicker pole.
2. Separate stls for the other parts. Printed the movable fangs in a different filament. Isolating just the fangs from the original stl can be a pain.
3. Braided nylon cords are better, tried with 0.6mm nylon fishing line but felt that it was too rigid when making the ratchet.
Some thoughts. Still feel that I needed additional s due to some of the overhangs not printing properly. Tried painting the mask but I probably need to sand a lot more for better fitment. Need to tune printer so that I can print better tiny springs. Going to give another shot at making this mask.
