3D model description

US WW2 Ammunition Set - Aircraft, AA and Coastal Guns in 1/35 and 1/72 as an accessory for dioramas etc. with moderate to high amount of details.

Originally created in 1/35 scale and scaled down to 1/72, should not cause problems when re-scaling to anything in between but not recommended for much larger scales.

What's included:
This set includes most of the commonly used ammunition type in Aircraft, AA and Coastal Guns including (if applicable) AP, APC, AP-T, HE, HE-T, Smoke rounds

Ammunition:

  • 20mm ammunition - 2 types + 2 different empty shells
  • 37mm ammunition - 3 types + empty shell
  • 40mm ammunition - 2 types + empty shell
  • 76mm (3inch) ammunition - 4 types + 3 different empty shells
  • 105mm ammunition - 1 type + empty shell
  • 120mm ammunition - 1 type + cartridge case
  • 152mm ammunition - 1 type + propelling charge
  • 304mm (12inch) ammunition - 1 type + propelling charge
  • 406mm (16inch) ammunition - 1 type + propelling charge

3D printing settings

1/72 Scale printed successfully on 0.025mm layer height on a resin printer. Exposure time set to 3s per layer.

s need to be added, I use Chitubox slicer software and it does it automatically without any issues. highly recommended to put these at an angle of around 30deg or more or even straight upwards.
