SIGG Thermo Flask Gemstone IBT 0.5L β Fix Hook Adapter
This version of the adapter is designed for the SIGG Thermo Flask Gemstone IBT 0.5L, and features a fixed hook integrated directly into the main ring, eliminating the need for a separate moving part.
If you find it difficult to carry your SIGG bottle on the go, this simple yet effective design allows you to easily attach the bottle to your backpack or gear using a carabiner. The integrated fixed hook ensures maximum reliability with no assembly required β ready to print and use immediately.
Simple and Solid Design
The ring is designed to fit securely around the neck of the bottle, just under the cup/lid. When the lid is screwed on, it holds the adapter firmly in place, preventing it from slipping off during use β even when the bottle is hanging or in motion.
Despite the snug fit, the adapter remains easy to remove when needed, and it doesn't interfere with the usability or aesthetics of the bottle.
Compatibility and Custom Options
This model is compatible only with the SIGG Gemstone IBT 0.5L version.
If you use a different SIGG bottle model or size, feel free to request a custom version β I can deliver modifications within 1β3 business days, at no extra cost.

3D Printing Instructions
This model is compatible with FDM, SLA, and SLS printing technologies.
However, the design has been specifically optimized for FDM printers, which offer the best balance between strength, ease of printing, and material availability for this type of part.
Any material will work, but for outdoor use and better mechanical resistance, we strongly recommend:
ABS or ASA reinforced with fibers (e.g. carbon or glass fiber)
These materials offer improved heat resistance, durability, and reduced warping
Walls: 4 perimeters
Infill: Not relevant β the part will be solid due to wall structure
Layer height: Use adaptive layer height, with adaptive = 0.05, smooth = 1
s: Not required
Orientation: Follow the print direction shown in the images for optimal results and strength
Should take less than half an hour and consume less than 10 grams of materialsl to print.
Please note that actual print time may vary depending on your specific 3D printer and settings.
