Fully 3d printer rc mini Buggy with 130 motor.

It is an extremely fun car to play with, it has been designed to reach the maximum speed of 14km/h with this configuration (130 size motor 1900kV), it's possible to equip also a brushless motor Rocket Mini1410 , with this configuration the max speed is near 30 km/h (parts to use are nemed as "Pignon 18T V3 Brushless (D at 1,8mm) (1)" and "Motor mount 1 V3 (Brushless mini1410) (1)".

It is possible to adjust the setup of the car by choosing the right shock absorber, there are three adjustments of height from the ground (30-32-34 mm shocks) and for each of these three configurations there are two rigidity configurations, the shock absorber used in the video it's intermediate (32mm soft) and is what I recommend as first equipment.

You need the following pieces to make it work:

-Harmonic steel rod ø 1.0 x 1000 mm or you can use a paper clip link
-TPU for tires , i use a standard tpu from amazon
-130 size motor 3-6 Volt (I took one from these by disassembling it)link
- tuned FK-130 size motor 3,6-8,4 Volt 5000kV (much powerful option, about four time the motor above, requires PETG for motor mount and drive shafts/drive cups to prevent the heat deformation of PLA)link
-Rocket Mini1410 2500kV (extreme powerful option, requires PETG for motor mount and drive shafts/drive cups to prevent the heat deformation of PLA)link
-Bearings MR85ZZ (x12) link
-Bearings MR128-2RS (x4) link
-self-tapping countersunk Screws m2 from 4mm to 20mm , i bought this kit link
- Any tipe of 2s Lipo battery from 250 to 600 mAh (mine is 60*15*13 mm)
-ESC brushed motor speed controller with brake link
-steering Servo TowerPro SG90 (any type of micro 9g servo should work) link
-Radio and reciver with at least 2channel: I use radiolink RC4GS
with R4FGM reciver
-do not forget to lubricate the gears with grease

An hour of free time to build it ,and a 3D printer.

3D printing settings

I printed all components at 0.1mm layer height.
The components must be positioned on the print bed as shown in the photos to obtain the best results.
The name of each component has a number (x Number) which indicates how many times it must be printed to complete the car.
