When you purchase this, you will receive three profiles, including the PLA profile I utilize on the Bambu Labs P1P to produce all the lightboxes shown in the pictures without AMS (Auto Multi Material System). This method is time-consuming and involves a manual filament change for each color. The profiles include a feature that maintains bed temperature between colors, preventing the parts already printed from starting to come off during color changes.
Please note that these profiles have been exclusively tested on Bambu Labs P1P. It's important to recognize that, while I have tested these profiles on my Bambu Labs P1P without any issues, they do include G-code modifications. Therefore, you should use them at your own discretion, and I cannot be held able for any damage they may cause to your machine.
These profiles are the result of months of rigorous testing to achieve the quality you see in the pictures.
Installation Instructions:
Go to the top left corner of Bambu Studio.
Select "File."
Choose "Import."
Import the configuration files for the three machine profiles and the filament profile.
I also included an extra smooth profile which is the one I use to print stuff like signs where I want a smoother top finish but don't want to use ironing.
UPDATE:
Addressing a recent issue reported by one , I've investigated and found a potential solution regarding difficulties faced with getting the perfect z-offset when using the middle colors and last colors profiles during the printing process.
Here's a workaround to consider:
- Install Orca Slicer
- In Orca Slicer, access the middle colors and last color profiles and edit the Z offset (positive number to raise nozzle; negative number to lower nozzle).
Although Bambu Studio's current settings lack this direct option, this alternative solution has shown promise during my testing in Orca Slicer.
