3D model description
This is for the files to 3D print the pieces of the newly overhauled keyhole / hang hole jig. I designed this for my DW600 Dewalt battery powered router. I use this almost exclusively for keyholes with this fixture.
This listing includes the appropriate file type(s) for the models shown in the images. STL/SVG and sometimes I will include the step file or 3mf but this is completely random at this point or if I think the design needed it to be complete.
!!!FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY!!!

How is this different from the original?
the size conserves filament and reduces the amount you have to move the router vertically after entering the jig. The extra holes have been removed on the cross bar...
I have also added cross bars for round objects having diameters from 8 inches to 24 inches at even increments. IE 8, 10, 12, 14...etc. as well as a cross bar for square items.
Just print out the sizes you need to use. Use without the bar for items with a center of gravity in an odd area.
I have included files without filled letters so that if you don't have an AMS you can still see the letters. I also added a version with large numbers to make identifying what diameter they are easier for someone like me with old eyes. I show the different file types in an image that has all the bars and the fixture. Files are provided for all 3 types in all sizes.
If you are crafting items out of wood that need a hang hold / key hole to hang them this is about as easy as it gets.
To assemble the bars to the main fixture I used a 1/4-20 standard T bolt and a 1/4 thumb knob similar to what are used on many T slots systems for routers. I got mine from Powertec
If you purchased my original fixture reach out to me and I will send you these files or a link to them.
3D printing settings
I have printed these in both Petg and PLA. on my X1 and my P1 and A1. The deviations from stock settings are below:

Sparse Infill density: 25
Sparse Infill Pattern: Gyroid (Petg) Grid (PLA)
Infill/wall Overlap 20
For the main jig not the bars I also reduce the width of the prime tower to 25.
