Guide Rail Wall Mount with Latch

This is a fully 3D printable Guide Rail Wall Mount for Horizontal and Vertical storage made for Makita/Milwaukee/Festool/Dewalt and Bosch Guide Rails (may also fit other brands).

FEATURES:
*The mount is a particularly smart storage solution if you have a roll-up sectional garage door as it then allows for storage in an area that is normally inaccessible but of course it can be attached to a wall or a ceiling as well (be careful when mounting!) .
*These mounts have two horizontal- and two vertical countersunk holes that make it possible for you to mount it in any orientation to find a stud in the wall if required.
*The two brackets have a recess to allow clearance for the rubber Splinter guard which prevents it from deforming when it's stored on other wall mount

The Makita/Milwaukee/Festool and Bosch guide rails will be positioned in horizontal storage mode so that the rubber splinter guard faces upwards, while
The DeWalt guide rail, equipped with rubber splinter guards on both sides, will rest on its aluminum profile atop a step on the two bottom brackets. These brackets feature a recess to protect the splinter guards from deformation.

The Wall Mount consists of 2 different parts:

Wedge shaped part, 2pcs, It attaches to the wall using two screws
Latch, that attaches to the wall using two screws. There are two versions: one for Makita/Milwaukee/Festool/Dewalt and one for Bosch (Bosch Has a 1.3 mm thicker profile), that locks the guide rail in place

Note that these have NOT BEEN TESTED to be mounted UPSIDE DOWN in a MOVING VEHICLE/trailer - it is uncertain if the built-in spring locking mechanism will hold up to possible rocking motions.

Also note: This is not a (OEM) genuine original manufacturer part, this is an aftermarket alternative.

They can be mounted to the surface using countersunk screws (in my case I would be using a pop-nut to attach it to the VERY thinned sheet garage door, and 2x2PCS M6 countersunk machine screws).

NOTE: You will have to remove EITHER MakitaMilwaukeeFestool and Dewalt Latch Rail Holder.stl OR Bosch Latch Rail Holder.stl from the plater depending on which version you intend to print. The 3mf-file has the recommended layer height, amounts of perimeters and infill…
