Desiccant - hygrometer for Ace-pro filament guide

It is not the model as it has been printed without issues a number of times. It is probably bed adhesion. Clean your build plate and use my print profile. Thank you

Hi, I do not but you can reach out to me on facebook my name is Darren 3d Print. I also made a new set of mounting clips for use with the Snap lock filament guides. Did you see those and did you print those? There are two sets of mounting clips. One for the V1 filament guides and one for the snap lock filament guides. The ones with the desiccant and hygrometer are the V1 you need to print the ones with the Snap lock.

Thank you for the explanation. The hygrometer and desiccant mount using mounting clips (they bridge two filament guides). These have changed. You need to print new mounting clips (the ones with the snap lock) as the old ones will not fit the snap lock filament guides. The mounting clips are the base that hold the desiccant and hygrometer. You do not have to reprint the containers just the base/clips. Is this where the issue is? If not let me know. Also, the fit in the V2 ace pro (with the guides on the lid) is tighter but everything should fit except for the narrow snap lock guides (see description)

Hello. Thank you for your . No the mounting clips slide onto the filament guides. No glue is needed. The mounting clips bridge or hold two filament guides in place. Are you using snap lock filament guides or the original ones that I have on Makeronline? Also, does your Ace pro have spool guides in the lid?

Darren, I must apologize. Upon reviewing, I noticed that the superstructures for the containers and hygrometer fit the clips on the Snaplock version. So i have to print the containers and Hygro Holder only.

If you do or did purchase the model I could try to fit them however I would need exact dimensions. The small tab on yours probably requires a larger opening or an indent.

Sorry, no I haven't made the purchase yet, but I am going to. Yeah, I made a simple case for the meters I have, it wasn't much to it. Once I pay, I'll get the dimensions to you?

Thank you for the clarification. Using the rough dimensions from the site these will be too large for the small holder. They can fit in the large one however. Send me the dimensions and I shall customize it.

I added a long 45x25x13 mm hygrometer

So, I am a bit confused as to which ones I need.?. I know the long hygrometer, but there are so many options on the rest, I am not sure which ones to get?

Thank you for the purchase. There are two basic lengths. Long and short. These lengths correspond to the type of clip that holds the filament guides together. There are four filament guides. The short clips are used for the extremities (between filament guides 1 and 2 and filament guides 3 and 4) and the long one is for the middle (between filament guides 2 and 3). In your case, you can use two short desiccant holders to attach Filament guides 1 and 2 and filament guides 3 and 4. You would use the long hygrometer holder and it would attach to the clip that holds filament guides 2 and 3 together. Try the file I made for you hygrometer long 45x23x13 - I made it using your dimensions and looking at the unit on Amazon. Let me know how it goes.

el modelo short legs si está a 41,1 sin embargo el model wide legs tiene un reborde superior que está más estrecho, a 35,56

The short legs model is at 41.1 however the Model Wide Legs has a higher flange that is narrower, 35.56

If you cannot find it in your country substitute with a round one and send me the dimensions and I will model it for you. Also, if you prefer I can send you the STEP for the hygrometer holder.
