Hi, I'm interested in making this project, but I'm in the USA. I don't see a way to purchase the recommended solar . I found one that was of similar size, but is there a recommended solar that is available to ship to the USA? I think I've located the other parts.

Hallöchen. Jetzt muss ich auch mal etwas fragen, da mich meine Internetsuche zu keinem Ergebnis gebracht hat.
Im Patchfield soll doch sicherlich ein Verteiler verbaut werden. Die Frage ist nur, welcher? Ich habe bis dato nichts dazu gefunden. Über eine kurze Info o. einen Link wäre ich dankbar.

in das Patchfeld soll kein Fertigteil sondern es ist gedacht als Halteung für eine Lochratserplatine oder auch genannt Steckplatine für Versuchsschaltungen, diese kann dann auf die entsprechende Größe gebracht und dort eingesetzt werden.

Hallo, sollen die Felgen wirklich hochkant (stehend) gedruckt werden oder liegend mit ?
Kann mir kaum vorstellen, dass das stehend gut klappt...

Die Felgen auf jeden Fall liegend ducken, etwas wird für den inneren flachen Teil benötigt, schön wird es wenn die erste Schicht mit konzentrischen Kreisen gedruckt wird. Optional kann man das Objekt spiegeln um die 2te Felge zu drucken - dann zeigt das Reifenprofil in die gleiche Richtung.

Für den Motor A58SW31ZY finde ich leider keine Druckdateien für das Gehäuse. Laut RaspiForum sollten die Druckdateien dafür mit C2 beginnen. Im aktuellen Archiv sind aber nur A.. und D.. . Gibt es dafür eine Stückloste oder Explosionszeichnung?

Der Motor wird mit Teil D2-09 bzw. für die andere Seite mit D2-10 gehalten, diese Beiden Teile müssen auf den Motor en und werden direkt auf dei Body-Teile geschraubt.

Nein, es gibt keine Explosionszeichnung
Die Teile haben sich allerdings im Vergleich zum Vorgängermodel nicht grundlegend geändert, so das die alten Hilfefilme
noch eine gute Unterstützung beim Zusammenbau bieten.

Ich habe eine Frage zum Zusammenbau.

Kommt in das Druckteil D1-10-01 ein Kugellager.
A-3-02-1 wird in D1-11-01 eingesetzt.
D3-05-02 zwischen Kugellager und D3-02-02.

In Teil D1-10 und in D1-11 wird ein Kugellager eingesetzt, das Teil A-3-02 ist nur ein Kugellager-dummi falls man kein Kugellager zur Hand hat. "D3-05-02 zwischen Kugellager und D3-02-02" - Genau!

Okay.... One quick question for you..... I can see just a partial view in one of the photos for the raspberry pi holder.... Are there better pics showing how that piece attaches to the case, and how the pi attaches to the holder.. or could you possibly add some. It looks like its shaped to accomodate the back of the GPIO pins, but then what look to be mounting holes don't line up at all to the holes on the pi.... and there's no holes in that case section where the holder screws to the case that I can see, so I'm completely stumped.

So for now, I ended up engineering my own solution.... Since the motor shaft on my motors is a bit short, I used one of your OLDER iterations, the B2-05-1 wheel clutch.... and then I designed this hex coupler that uses a small grub screw to secure it to the motor shaft, and couples to the B2-05-1 clutch design. An add to my comment yesterday regarding the wheel clutch... I do see you have what seems to be an alternative in the file, D2-06-02 My question though is.... how does that lock to the motor drive shaft? there doesn't appear to be any place for a grub screw, or anything else to lock to the flat spot on the motor shaft... and the 6 smaller holes around the center motor shaft hole.... I'm not understanding the point of them. Your designs are brilliant, so I'm sure there's a reason, and some sort of locking mechanism, but its eluding me.

I am glad that you like the pressure parts so far.
The clutch D2-06-1 is the predecessor to the D2-06-2 where instead of a coin an aluminum flange is screwed in from below, I think this flange also appears in the parts list.
Now I have ed D2-06-03, there should now be a 10 cent piece can be inserted, by the size of the coin are now small holes in the thread of the clutch which should not disturb but further.

Unfortunately, your use of a 1 cent coin to secure the wheel clutch to the motor shaft, while ingenius, does not work very well for those of us on the other side of the pond. Euro cents aren't readily available, and the US Cent at 19.05mm x 1.52mm is substantially larger. Any chance you could add an adaptation that will either a larger coin, or utilizes a different method. Our smallest US coin is the 10c coin,, it measures 17.91mm x 1.35mm So either a US Penny (19.05mm x 1.52mm) or a US dime (17.91mm x 1.35mm) variant of the drive wheel clutch added to the model would be great.

Other than that... fantastic design... The pieces fit together very precisely.

Danke für die neuen Teile.

Ich habe die neue Gabel montiert es funktioniert, das Idler Wheel könnte etwas kleiner gemacht werden da es fast in der Gabel schleift.
Etwas Dreck am Rad und es wird blockieren, zumal der Mäher hinten viel höher ist.

Der Cutting Unit Apron ist bei mir zu gering, das Messer ist bei meiner Einstellung außerhalb vom Schutz, 1cm mehr wäre nicht schlecht gewesen

Bei den Holder Hall Sensor sollte noch ein Ausschnitt rein für den Sensor, dieser muss nach unten umgebogen werden damit er funktioniert

Der Schnittschutz ist nun 1cm erweitert und der Hall-Sensor Halter hat eine entsprechende Nut. Das Umlenkrad möchte ich nicht einfach kleiner machen, zumal der Mäher auch nicht beliebig schräg ist - der Unterboden ist genau gerade. In Laufrichtung erhöht sich der Abstand des Rades zur Gabel, daher sollte es nicht zur Blockade kommen. Falls doch lasse ich mir etwas Anderes einfallen.

Also true
the parts D1-03-2 and D1-04-2 are now with the corresponding holes, but the handle D1-16-1 does not have to be attached. It serves to lock the pins to the solar , which also hold without this lock in my experience.

D1-04-1 Body Back Left fehlt, ich denke das wird gerade überarbeitet.
Es wäre vorteilhaft ein Changelog einzuführen. In letzter Zeit wurde einiges an den STL Dateien gearbeitet.

A space of 300 x 300 mm is required for 2 components (body). I haven't.
I have a printer that is 245 x 245 x 260 mm.
The bodies each measure 298 x 181.6 x 276.9 mm. Are the bodies also available in 4 parts or can I get the drawing so that I can make the appropriate changes myself?

Does anyone know the motor size for the cutting motor? Will a standard 775 motor work? I can't find johnson 1090077 anywhere.

So after doing further research, it seems the Johnson 1090077 motor is 52mm diameter, 116mm long, which seems to indicate a 997 size DC Motor would be the closest equivalent (same diameter, 12v 6000 rpm), so a 997 size motor is what I'm going to try first.
