I'm interested in making this, but haven't made anything like it before so I had some questions. Do you have any instructions for the rotation mechanism? Looking online for a M5 threaded rod gives a variety of lengths, so what length do you go with? Sorry if these are basic questions, I've never touched basic woodworking so I figured it'd be easier to ask, thanks!

Hi! I am glad you are interested, I honestly though no one would bother to make it, it is a bit complex.
I have just ed some instructions for the rotating part. You need a 135mm rod, so the usual process is to buy a 1m or 0.5m rod and just cut it with a metal saw.
It involves a bit of woodworking, but it’s really just cutting, drilling, and screwing a couple of things together. If you finally decide to go for it, DM me, and I’ll be happy to try to help you solve any issues that come up.
