B20 Equipment Trailer - By Burnie222rc
EDIT:
9th March 2024 - Added files for Sidelights. These bolts onto existing holes on the chassis of the trailer. There's holes for 3mm LED lights. "B20 Equipment Trailer SideLights.zip"
11th February 2024 - Fixed a problem with the "Ramps Actuator Link.stl" file. The actuator didnt move freely when mounted to this link, and prevented the ramps from working correctly.
V1.3 to get the update.
6th February 2024 - Added Rims for 52mm LESU tires, two versions of the Rim was added, one with bearings and one without. The bearing size is 3x8x4mm. V1.2 to get the update!
5th February 2024 - Added missing STL files for the short scene Top deck. V1.1 to get them!
4th February 2024 - Fixed a mistake in the design on the Side Chassis pieces, D, Dm, Front and FrontM. a 2mm screw interfered with the front Main beams. Also removed this screw from the buildmanual. V1.0c to get the update.
3rd February 2024 - Added the missing Tail-lights STL files, and added another variant to the Ramps top deck. And fixed some minor errors in the build manual (wrong screwtypes page9). V1.0b to get the update.
A big and sturdy trailer, made specifically for transporting Burnie222rc models around with a Tamiya Truck.
This trailer has many features:
-Files for Standard length 92cm, and extended length 106cm.
-Customizable top deck (choose your own style with many different variants)
-Steel reinforced chassis (8mm steel rods - easy install, slide them in and put lock nuts on them)
-Super easy printing of the parts and assembly
-Electric ramps (actuator driven)
-Adjustable kingpin
- Legs (manual operation - electric version may come in future)
-Option to 3d print the tires at home (very nice if youre on a tight budget) , or you can buy LESU tires. Rims for LESU tires are also included!
-Fully Customizable suspension (choose between 4 strength springs, and 2 different axles for flex, this should be more than enough to find the sweet spot for your machine)
-Options to install wheels with or without bearings (very nice if youre on a tight budget)
The trailer can be printed on a 22x22 cm bed.
All parts are exported in the desired orientation, meaning you will have less work before print.
Parts list with links and screw-list is included in the files.
