i used hot glue for the ESC and ESC Covers.
The Servo Covers have holes for screws

Sorry I missed that the servo covers actually have screws. So I'm only talking about the ESC covers. Maybe they're never meant to be removed but that seems like something bound to bite you.

if you use just a little of hot glue removing them is no problem.
Screws are not really necessary there. they bear no load

All flying weights with battery:
the small one about 2.5Kg
the Large 4.25Kg (but with way to large batterys)
You need about 2 750g rolls LW-PLA for the small and 3 750g rolls for the large one

No, the model should be printed entirely without .
There are some parts that have overhangs in certain places (the cable channel at the top of Wing_L_1-1, for example).
However, this is irrelevant to the model, and strings can simply be cut away.

Compared to similar models, this is actually very inexpensive—and there’s an incredible amount of work behind it.

I have not tried with other materials, but I really recommend LW-PLA (or ASA) to save weight and have somewhat realistic slow flight characteristics
