3D printing settings
!!!IMPORTANT!!! - You must be able to print the pegs in TPU . They provide good holding strenth for parts to be ed with each other but can still be able to be taken apart.
3d Print Guide:
- If models appear tiny in the slicer buildplate, adjust the scale to 1000% to print in the correct 1/18 scale.
- I printed my modules with PLA at .28mm - .32mm layer height 2 wall perimeters, 12% infill to speed things up. However, you can also use 3-4 wall perimeters and 15% infill for a sturdier output at the cost of more matertial and print time.
- The TPU connectors are printed solid with 100% infill or all wall perimeters throughout.
FOR 1/12 Classified scale use 1650% print scale. The biggest part barely fits most printers. Printing at a bigger scale will also exponentially add to the print times but your patience will be rewarded.
