I wanted to edit my comment on the tolerences but it appears you cannot so I deleted it rather than leave visible harsh . Sorry I just went through so much hassle trying to modify it myself but maybe its my printer but usually my calibration is spot on. I even used a smaller nozzle for the measuring tool so maybe my walls were too thick for the body and thats why the measuring tool fits very tight there.
Its still very usable, its just that the measuring tool side of my lid sits up like .5mm from being flush on one side, only when the measuring tool is inside. I look forward to the update and I will give it another print! I updated my rating back to 5 stars.

Is there a way to measure three inches or six inches with the included ruler? I added my own notches with negative modifiers but they look kind of ugly.
Not yet but that’s a good idea! I’ll come up with a solution in the next couple days and update the files!
thanks! while you're at it it would be really helpful if you made the bottom half of the token holder a tiny bit wider, at least at the end that holds the wide end of the measuring tool. the wide end of the measuring tool is 50.839mm (It should be 2 inches, 50.8mm) and the place it's supposed to go is 50.8mm. So if you reduced the width to actually 2 inches (50.8mm) and increased the slot size to 50.95 the tool would fit better. some printers that aren't fully calibrated might have a better time with a larger clearance than .15mm.
I had to shave down the one i printed to make it fit.
I love your design though, it's so efficient! I can't wait to see this updated.
the thinner half of the measuring tool (25.4mm width) fits the slot (25.4mm width) despite there not being any clearance, so maybe no clearance is necessary. I'm not sure.
