3D printer file info

3D model description

Gundam Helmet made in Solidworks.
Part split into 26 part to fit into Ender3 V2 printer.
The antenna is made split for easier transport(also because its too long for ender3).

This helmet is wearable. Just need to put a lot of padding inside to fit your head. I use foam to fit the cheek and the head part so it wouldn't tilt.
At all 20% infill, its almost 3kg.

Project is ingoing. Need to finish up some painting and put some LED in it to look dope AF.

Update 9 July 2022 : Added ZIP file version V2 for bigger printer. So you can print larger part. Saving time on sanding and glueing.

Update 16 Jan 2023 : Raymin comment face and eyeslot have issue during printing. Added new STL to solve the issue.

Update 22 May 2023 : Daniel requested the bottom half of the helmet to be assemled together. .
200usd for the original solidworks file.

Please only external if you need it.
Otherwise, use only the part in the same ZIP file.

3D printing settings

I use Ender 3 V2.
My printer have stringing issue, so please calibrate your.
To me, it doesn't really matter as I need to use primer and sand it afterwards.

Use metalic color and 2 layer high gloss clear for top shine.
