I just bought this file, but I cannot open the .3mf file on my computer in any program. microsoft 3d print app comes back with an error, meshmixer won't open, my slicer won't open it, chitubox won't open it, netfab says that the model the file refers to is missing a component? please help!!
did you try importing the file into your slicer?
I will add the STL versions. I like the step file versions because most slicers can read them and they keep information about curves because it doesn't reduce things to triangles
