Cults3D is an independent, self-financed site that is not able to any investor or brand. Almost all of the site’s revenues are paid back to the platform’s makers. The content published on the site serves only the interests of its authors and not those of 3D printer brands who also wish to control the 3D modeling market.
Having a hard time getting the core piece to separate once printed. Printed several versions of each tolerance but they always fuse. I’ve managed to separate a few of them with different tools but the top area always breaks in the process. Any suggestions?
I've found that when working with PLA, there needs to be a balance of good cooling. Even a slight difference of 5 degrees on the build plate or with certain filaments can make a difference in dimensional accuracy.
