3D printer file info

3D model description

N scale #6 turnout using my own 3D printed jigs and many extra tools. PCB crosstie cutting and gapping tool. Frog jig. Clamps and blocks. Tie beds. Stock rail, Diverging rail and Frog rail cutting tools. Isolation gap cutting guide and sacrificial . Arduino testing for servo setup and test stand.

There is a video describing the build process and the various jigs and tools. Included is a time-lapse 5x version as well as the ASMR full length 1 hour 50 min it took to build.

3D printing settings

Now with Bambu A1 I use the basic 0.20mm layer height for most things. is used for the jigs for the outer clamp edges. Most hardware is M3 bolts and lock nuts. M3 bolts lengths (mm): 20, 30, 35mm The Stock, Diverging and Frog cutting tools use M8 25mm bolts and lock nuts.
