3D model description
I created this design to fill a need for a printed case for the Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W and the ZeroCam camera module. This Pi enclosure case also incorporates to a GoPro mount so you could use it with similar accessories. It's perfect to place next to, or attach to a 3D Printer and use with OctoPrint.
UPDATE - 7th January 2023
Added the following additional Front Cases
1. RaspberryPiZero2-ZeroCam_Case-Front-SM-IO.stl - Small cut-out for IO Headers
2. RaspberryPiZero2-ZeroCam_Case-Front-LG-IO.stl - Large cut-out for IO Headers
3. RaspberryPiZero2-ZeroCam_Case-Front-Pi-Logo.stl - Raspberry Pi logo for vent
UPDATE - 3rd September 2022
Version 1.1 (Files with v1-1)
Change Log: Improved 'lip' between front and back halves makes it a more secure fit
Compatibility:
This Pi case design has been tested with only the following devices. It should work with the original Zero, but please let me know if you have tried it with a different model. The camera I used is a PiHut ZeroCam. If there are other similar camera modules with different dimension, let me know so I can accommodate for it.
* Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W
* PiHut ZeroCam - Camera for Raspberry Pi Zero
Features
- Houses Raspberry Pi Zero and the ZeroCam Camera
- Snap-fit screw-less case in two parts using holes in PCB
- Uses compatible GoPro mount. Should also work with Module Mounting System by HyVye.
- Ventilation front back and sides
- Adequate space for heatsink for Raspberry Pi Zero 2 14mm x 14mm x 6mm
- High resolution STL mesh
If anyone finds any problems (dimensionally or otherwise) post them up, so I can fix the model. Thanks.

Recommendations
* For Cura Slicer, enable Initial Layer Horizontal Expansion Value= -0.2
(This will help prevent 'Elephant Foot' on the front face and make a better fit around the mount)
