Cults3D is an independent, self-financed site that is not able to any investor or brand. Almost all of the siteβs revenues are paid back to the platformβs makers. The content published on the site serves only the interests of its authors and not those of 3D printer brands who also wish to control the 3D modeling market.
I have a Question because you seem more Knowledgeable then me how do you have this listed as Commercial use even tho you dont have the copyrights to sell this ip how are we able to sell cool stuff like this on etsy and so on Legally im trying to learn all of this sell stuff

In this below, at least for us, the sales volume is not such that it would be interesting for the franchise owner to conclude partnership agreements. It will be easier for the copyright holder to us with a request to stop distributing the lot under their franchise, which has happened in our practice - we simply removed the lot from the site. But most franchise owners don't do so: this direction - cosplay and accessories for it - contributes to the expansion of the community.
We offer versions of our models for product workshop holders, they can purchase such versions at a higher price than versions for personal use, for the reason that the workshop holder will also be able to monetize their work using our model.
As for marketplaces, you can track for which franchises and for which tags there are already presented lots there, in order to form your own picture.
