3D model description

Greetings fellow wastelanders! Here you'll find a set of STL files for the T-65 power armor helmet.

Included is everything needed to print the assembly shown in the pictures, I've also designed this helmet to be assembled using hardware. You'll need 4#/3/4" screws to attach several of the accessories, everything else is designed to be attached by glue or cement. The in-game asset has 3 ancillary hoses running from the front to the back of the helmet, for this I've added .35" diameter hose leads to insert a hose into. The large respirator hoses i have included in the model though. The main dome of the helmet is split into two main pieces. It is intended to be assembled together using the dowels i provided, then permanently welded together. I've included exploded assembly images for each major component of the helmet to help you understand how things are supposed to fit together.

I've also designed the headlight to be fully functioning, meaning that it can be assembled with a single LED diode. There is a hole to poke said diode through, and a "lens" for the headlight that is meant to be printed with translucent material, or in resin.

NOTE: This design is only intended for printers with a 300x300x300mm build volume or larger. It will NOT fit on something like an ender 3.
