Model Update - 9/24/2024
Be sure to check out the updated Bony Basilisk V2 FREE on Thangs through 9/26/2024 to celebrate 1 year of Snap-Flex
A few folks requested a longer version of the spine. I've added Skele-Spine_SnapFlexV2_Long
Because this spine is longer, it doesn't quite fit all the way into the cloak while all of the segments are unlocked.
I suggest locking the ts in the following arrangement to fit it into the cloak:
Lock together vertabrae 2-5
Lock together vertabrae 6-9
Model Update - 9/23/2024
Due to popular demand, I've thickened the walls of the Reaper Cloak for improved printability.
I'm very sorry for any trouble that the thin walls might have caused you.
I am including 2 new versions of the Reaper Cloak with thicker walls:
ReaperCloak_WallsThickened is basically the same, but with a few extra walls for the fabric on the body and the sleeves
ReaperCloak_Thickest has the same overall shape with thicker walls, however I've also removed the gaps between the dangling sleeves and the body for an even easier and quicker print
Special thanks to 3D_Prince for working with me to refine the Reaper Cloak for printability
I am also including a new version of the Skele-Spine:
Skele-Spine_SnapFlexV2 is the new version with increased surface with the build plate + a more durable Snap-Flex 2.0 locking t. If this version of the t seems too tight at first, wiggle it side-to-side in the locked position a few times to loosen the t. It should relax to a reasonable tightness after a few snaps.
I also plan to release a few more updates for this model with longer versions of the Spine after I complete more testing.
Thank you so much for all of your s and !
IF you want to try out my new Snap-Flex 2.0 t in my original Halloween model, you can find the updated Bony Basilisk V2 FREE on Thangs through 9/26/2024 to celebrate 1 year of Snap-Flex.

#HALLOWEENXCULTS
Arms outstretched, prepared to embrace, the reaper shows his bony face. But do not fear, it's not your time; beneath his cloak, he's just a spine.
This Grim Reaper model is composed of 2 separate pieces. The Reaper Cloak and the Skele-Spine Snap-Flex Fidget.
This articulated fidget toy integrates the Mimetics 3D "Snap-Flex" t. This allows the Skele-Spine to both move smoothly, mimicking the fluid motion of living creatures, AND stabilize in a firm pose, providing a fidgeting experience. Each SNAP will resonate as a symphony of satisfaction to your ears, confirming your masterful manipulations.
This Skele-Spine is the fifth creation in a series of Snap-Flex models by Mimetics 3D, and it's available for free for a limited time.
Snap-Flex instructions:
Push segments together to lock them
Pull segments apart to unlock them
If the ts are too tight at first, flex them side-to-side while locked in order to loosen the ts. The ts will also loosen normally to an appropriate level through repeated use.
Tolerance:
To accommodate different printer settings and filaments, I’m ing 3 different tolerance levels for the Skele-Spine to ensure that you get the best fitting, most satisfying “SNAP” with each of your prints.
This is the Medium tolerance model. For the other tolerances, please check out the other versions of the model below:
