ed and tried to print the elephant but one of the ears keeps falling off the build plate right before it s the the connector. Tried slowing the print down to 45mms but still happening. printing with basic white PLA to try it, but no luck. Any suggestions? Elegoo neptune 3 max 210/205 nzl, 60 builplate 70mms 1st try, 45 mms 2nd try. no difference.

Also experiencing same problem. On my 8th attempt and the same problem at the same spot for all 8. Tried increasing infill, s, a brim..

So, here's how I fixed the ear problem, clean your build plate, hot soapy water and a scrub sponge. after drying it off, I applied Elmers purple disappearing school glue stick and then printed it again at about 60 mm/s. the print came out great! the issue is that the ears are flimsy and thin and will bend without really good adhesion which is why they fail so readily. Good Luck with it!!

Hi I've just printed the xl circus elephant, do you need to glue head and body together.

I love the art style, I have bought the elephant and samurai, I have the skeleton hand too, cannot if that was a free one or not, .. anyways my printer is only 100mm x 120mm x 100mm so im having to shrink it down. the elephant and the samurai breaks in pieces and fail. Its not the FLEXIFACTORY fault, just my 2 cents, im a sad boy hahaah skeleton hand works great though

Hi. I love and own alot of your designs. My grandkids love them also. Is there any chance you have a version of design 721153, the Circus Elephant without any harnesses etc so just a plain elephant. As a veterinarian and grandparent, I don't want to promote use of animals in a Circus so would really like just a plain elephant to print. Thank you.

I printed at 175% and 0.1mm layer height and it took FOREVER, but it turned out awesome :) Thanks for the terrific file. This is my second of your creations, and both were flawless first try.

did you print the large elephant. how do you connect the head to body?

It was 2 years ago, so I don't specifically which file (assuming there are variants). I did not have to connect anything, it was one model that I enlarged and printed all at once.

I just purchased this flexi!! My kids love it!! You mention to not print too small. How small should be ok? 50%? Or ……..?

Quick question. Has anyone experienced the ears breaking off? I use a Creality CR-10, 15% infill, and have had two where ears have broken off. The break is on the inside of where the ear connects to the head. looks like maybe not enough infill to it maybe? Love the design, will try more with higher infill.

Are the sizes the same for the Large and the Small? It looks to me loading the STL's that they are the same size just the Large model has the head separate from the body.

Could you please provide the dimensions they should be then. The ones I ed are the same size just the XL one has head and body separated.

I'm sorry, the separated file has the ability to be scaled up to fit the entire bed. You would scale each piece up and glue the parts together. The standard file prints in place, the entire elephant. I give the options, as some people have massive printers and like to build these huge. But if I am reading your question correctly, the actual file is the same size.

The dimensions could be as large or as small as you want to print them. They are scalable.

I need help picturing this. How do you attach the head to the body if you print the large ones separately?

The large scale model needs to be glued together after printing.
