I thought hey why not, I really want to see if this model works if I grab it on a different site. This one says it was last updated 5/20/24 which makes me think it should totally work. I'm confused as to why when I load the short tail does the model have what appears to be bindings all over the place. I have the commercial license on MyMiniFactory so I know I get this with that because this is identical to the one provided in the Crystal Dragon 2025 . Honestly, I don't even need a refund for this duplicate file, just hoping you can help me get this model printed, Cinderwing3D CrystalDragon_NewLegs_ShortTail_Curled.stl. This extra $4 is for to get it working as I see it lol.

Hi. I purchased model of "Butterfly Dragon" a couple of days ago and printed one model with small tail. But when I ed second model with long tail, my printer says - model file is damaged and can't print it. Is something wrong with a file or my printer?

Hi I bought a few prints from you the other day they were the sea turtle, tiny skeleton T-Rex and Tiny Wyvern dragon but I tried to print them for my kids and each one says file errors! I’m new to 3D printing and my printer is the XMAKER joy model so it’s not big or fancy by any means but it’s just for my kids and they really wanted those prints. Are they not compatible with that printer or am I doing something wrong? These are the first prints I bought
