Print without s.
Print the spring slowly with 3 walls and 25% infill.
If it gets wobbly at the top you can use custom s to only the top area.
Print the Middle Finger with the lowest infill you can to reduce weight.
Important Note: Due to weight distribution the MF might bend sideways after some time (As last time) - I'm inspecting it also on my side and might update the location of the hole to balance it better based on .

It's Easter time and look what we've prepared for it!
Chicky clicky - is our first clicker design.
The design consists of 2 parts - the eggshell (the switch base) and the chick.
The chick comes in 2 versions - multi-parts (the eyes and beak are printed separately) and a solid version.
The diameter of the eyes is 6 mm.
We used Outemu Blue (Cherry MX Blue) switches

There are also 2 types of chicks: one with a slot for the upper part of the eggshell and one without it.
A pre-painted 3MF (Bambu Studio) file is included in the archive.

In the 3MF file, we have pre-set s for the Eggshell_Top, and for the chick's body, we have added Brim Ears for the attachment to the keyboard switch and set seams. You can change it as you wish.
If the chick fits onto the switch too easily or with difficulty, adjust the size of the chick by decreasing or increasing it by 0.5% to 1%, depending on your situation.

I’m presenting another version of the “Big Tires” monster truck, originally inspired by Bigfoot #5 with huge Firestone Tundra tires. This time, I’ve added a multi-rim system (which allows wheels to be connected as dualies, triples, quads, etc.) and designed a body inspired by the 5th generation Ford F-250 “Bumpside.”
The vehicle is in the scale of popular store-bought toys (and my other monster trucks), but it features significantly larger wheels and an original design with a print-in-place suspension system based on the Rocker Bogie model.
Thanks to reliable snap-fit connections, the assembly process (demonstrated in the video) is effortless and enjoyable, with components easily interchangeable.
This model also fits into the giftbox from the "Big Tires Monster Truck Set" (without additional wheels) and can be launched using the Launcher from my “Monster Truck Launcher Set” (with no additional wheels connected).
A multicolor version (3MF file created in Bambu Studio) is also included.

The prints presented were made using the Bambu Lab P1S and the Prusa MK4.
IMPORTANT:
The monster truck model has 0.3 mm clearances between the walls of the print-in-place moving parts. This is not a demanding tolerance for a 3D printer. However, to be sure, you can print one of the "Clearance Tolerance Tests" available on the Internet. If, in your case, the walls of the elements are fused together with a 0.3 mm clearance, you should likely reduce the flow (extrusion multiplier) value or adjust the X/Y compensation ratio (Horizontal expansion) in your slicer (e.g. to -0.1 mm). Also, check if the diameter of the filament you are using is not too large and if your nozzle is not worn out.
The video shows how to assemble the monster truck.
You can press the BIG_MULTI_RIM_CLIP against your desk to make it easier to assemble with the BIG_MULTI_RIM_EXPAND.
Once printed, rotate simultaneously one side (axle) of the suspension clockwise and the other counterclockwise. After a few times, the internal gear mechanism should start working smoothly if it wasn't initially.

Introducing the Class 1 Legionnaire chassis kit
This kit pushes the boundaries of what a class 1 competition chassis can do.
Up front sits a roller bumper, yup that's right! this really helps with c1 and having to have the forward most thing being bumper or body instead of tyres.
The comp cut reverse wedge skid sits at 0 degrees on the bottom side and 14 degrees on the top side pushing the weight of the transmission forwards. It also allows you to maximise available breakover by having the rear lower links mounted higher up in the skid than the front lower links.
There is ample room for electronics with 2 sliders and a rear tray.
The front and rear shock towers are separate detachable plates that can be moved along the rails to help dial in your shock set up and are braced with solid tower to tower braces.
The kit comes with 75 and 62mm rear links and 37.5 and 25mm front links giving a total wheelbase of 137mm with good natural forward weight bias.
For body mounts i use Velcro on the sides of the slider and/or the tower to tower braces.
there are 4 small spacers included for the front upper links. they go between the link and servo mount one end and the link and chassis rail the other end, with the upper links on the front end being so short and the chassis wider than standard they bind at full triangulation so these spacers free up movement. pivot balls are included in the files but injora pivot balls snap into the links fine and move free.
diff skids are included for stock plastic and meus nylon portal axles swell as a 2 position link riser
Stock length shocks or springless 39/40mm shocks are what I've found work best
This thing is wicked capable for a class 1 rig and I'm excited to share this with you.

При минимальной закрытой высоте 73 мм и максимальной высоте подъема груза около 200 мм он одновременно компактен и смел.
Я не знаю, сколько я могу поднять, думаю, это зависит от качества печати и материала, но без противовесов сзади я поднял груз весом 300 г без особых проблем.
Моторный отсек очень компактный, поэтому я рекомендую иметь минимальные знания по пайке олова, чтобы иметь возможность укорачивать и изменять проводку коммерческих компонентов.

Printing Notes
1) No s Needed. Print all pieces in the orientation they print in and thread together afterwards.
2) You need 48 bolts total. I have included 5 different types of bolts with corresponding tools. You can print all 48 in one type of bolt or any combination you would like.
3) The thread clearance on the model is 0.30. As long as your printer can handle that clearance (which is should), everything should fit together well.
4) If you wish for things to be tighter or looser, trying adjusting XY Contour Compensation (setting in BambuSlicer, may be called something differeint in other slicers) to -0.10 (to make looser) or +0.10 (to make tighter).
Assembly
1) No s Needed. Print both pieces in the orientation that they import in.
2) The thread clearance on the model is 0.35. As long as your printer can handle that clearance (which is should), everything should fit together well and move freely.

●Create a Multicolor Puzzle with a Single-Color Printer!
By using 5x2mm magnets, adhesive, and this puzzle data, you can create a colorful puzzle without the need for s (we recommend adding a brim). By printing the color-coded parts with different filament colors, you can achieve a stunning multicolor effect.

The puzzle fun begins with attaching neodymium magnets to each piece. Once completed, challenge your family and friends to solve it! After the fun, it makes a perfect decorative piece for your room.
If you prefer, you can also glue the pieces together directly without magnets to enjoy it as a figurine.

By enlarging the print to 155%, you can create a big puzzle using 8x3mm magnets! The larger size makes it easier for small children to play with and provides great satisfaction.

●Things to prepare
(1) super glue.
(2) 62 pieces of 5x2mm magnets.

●How to make
(1) Please print the following files: "Majestic_Dragon_primary_color.stl", "Majestic_Dragon_secondary_color.stl","Majestic_Dragon_tongue_color.stl", I recommend adding a brim. No is needed.

You can enjoy the combination of colors by printing in multiple colors. The print data is set to the optimal orientation, so please print as is. Individual piece data is also included, and you can print only your favorite parts by comparing it with the file name in the image.
(2) Glue the magnets into the hexagonal holes. (The hole is made hexagonal to prevent the glue from overflowing.) Be careful with the orientation of the magnets, the holes are designed to be loose, so be sure to glue them firmly.
