The migration didn't move the files (yet) so I added them manually, I hope there are no more issues.
I am pretty lazy with mesh cleanliness - I rarely bother to union/remesh and just leave objects floating in each other. PrusaSlicer has been picking up the slack for me, but if there are any issues please let me know.
